Beatrice's Dream — Design Penthouse on the Square

On the second floor of a listed historic building, reached by a grand spiral staircase under a glass dome or by lift. The windows look onto Piazza Marsilio Ficino, the Collegiata di Santa Maria and the tower of Palazzo Pretorio. Oak floors, coloured majolica tiles and design furniture meet after a restoration completed in 2023: two double bedrooms, two bathrooms with a whirlpool tub and a cinema room with a 55-inch 4K Smart TV. Underfloor heating on the lower level and fan-coil air conditioning in every zone. The station is five minutes on foot; on Tuesday mornings the square hosts the weekly market.
